Lots of new summer photos.

Well, I have fallen a little behind on blogging, but DO NOT FRET! I have been busy with a few families, just booked our first official senior for the end of the summer, getting ready for upcoming weddings, Proms, and had the pleasure of taking Connor Magro pictures, a Bridgman Athlete who received a pretty amazing award. All State Cross Country! Please enjoy the following pictures and I will make it a point to update after every session.

Brand New Photography Website

Everyone should come check out our new and improved website. Very basic, simple, and easy to navigate around. It is also great because all of our images on the site are recent work that we have done here at Zdanis Photograhy.
Start thinking about family photos for the summer. The beach is a great place to get some nice beautiful shots. ;)

Love and Marriage

I had the pleasure of taking Erin and Nicks engagement pictures this past week. Two summers ago I took Erin's sisters wedding pictures. (It was the first wedding I had ever done) I remember how cute I thought Erin was when she read the matron of honor speech. Her and her sister seem so close.
Anyways, back to the happy couple. We were planning on doing indoor outdoor pictures but again, the weather here in Michigan is so unpredictable. It was so cold and windy that we just opted to stay inside. The pictures turned out cute because Erin is so tiny compared to Nick. She is just engulfed in his size. So cute!

Kurtis & Liz at Weko Beach

Liz and Kurtis finally got to do the pictures they wanted outside. Monday we headed down to Weko Beach located in Bridgman, to play around in the water and in the dunes. Kurtis and Liz both seemed so much more relaxed this time around. Maybe it was because we were outside in the open, and not stuck in a room with bright lights surrounding us. It was cloudy, but the pictures still turned out so cute. I think they really capture their true personalities.

Kurtis and Elizabeth

Kurtis and Elizabeth came into Zdanis Photography Studio today for a wedding consultation and some engagement pictures that came complimentary with the photo package they chose. We were originally suppose to take some pictures outside but it was so cold and rainy that we decided to take some inside and reschedule for outside. I usually enjoy outside photos more than inside but today was a lot of fun. Kurtis and Elizabeth brought along their adorable 1year old dalmatian who kept us all entertained and on our toes. We will post some more photos when we get some outside ones taken.

Kiya

My Granddaughter Kiya. AH.Dorable. She had the cutest little dresses, and the biggest most beautiful eyelashes.

Andrea Platz

I had the fantastic opportunity to take some photos of the owner of Violas cafe, found in Three Oaks, MI. Andrea wanted some very casual photos of her and her son. We took a few indoor shots and then ventured out into the beautiful weather. They seemed a little bashful at first, but a little while in they were relaxed and playful.
I always recommend taking both pictures inside and outside. Studio lighting is fun, but outside lighting is natural and beautiful.

Pretty Little Ladies

Three girls with three very different personalities.
We finally got around to getting some ladies in here to represent our studio. (Our fault for procrastinating)
I do not think we could have found any better girls for the job.

Ashley Nitz, Lakeshore High School. Class of 2010
Ashley is gorgeous and her style was very modern. It was so much fun shooting her because she was up for all the more mysterious/ girly/ sultry poses that we always want to try and never do. It was so much fun playing with the fans and poses. She also made it so easy for us to take great pictures.

Ingrid Stein, River Valley High School. Class of 2010
Well, Ingrid is pretty much adorable. Cute little button face and beautiful eyes. Ingrid's photos were fun because we got to stay with the cute poses, and more casual/chic clothing but really got to play with some more dramatic lighting. Something about her is just cute cute cute.

Shelby Anderson, Bridgman High School. Class of 2010.
Shelby is what I like to call, a new age vintage girl. (If you understand that at all, applause to you)
Her clothes were super cute, new age, with a hint of vintage. She has a very bubbly, modest personality, that was just fun to work with. Also, so very adorable.

These three girls were the perfect fit for us. All very enthusiastic with beautiful personalities. They all made our job here at the studio such a sinch and we feel so fortunate that we had the opportunity to meet and work with all three of them.
